Boston Meeting Venue Facilities -
We offer 11 meeting rooms with more than 8,500 square feet of space for Boston, Massachusetts area meetings, conferences, trade shows and more. For large business gatherings, our Grand Ballroom provides 3,800 square feet of space and can accommodate up to 400 guests. Our Middlesex Ballroom has 3,200 square feet and can accommodate up to 300 guests. Both rooms offer flexible space that can be broken down into smaller meeting rooms. Smaller breakout rooms include the Hampton and Essex rooms, which accommodate between 20-40 people. The Baystate and Woburn Boardrooms are ideal for intimate business meetings of up to 12 guests.
