New England Aquarium

Located on the waterfront in downtown Boston, the New England Aquarium has been educating and entertaining visitors for over 40 years. The most popular activity at the aquarium is the 200,000 gallon Giant Ocean Tank which has a Caribbean reef theme. The tank displays eels, sea turtles, stingrays, sharks and many other fascinating species of marine life. Visitors also enjoy other exhibits, live presentations, Simons IMAX Theatre, whale watching expeditions and animal feedings.

Sunday through Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Regular Hours

Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Weekends and Holidays: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
